FACING MARCH

i am feeling prompted today to write something about how students feel in the month of March . Well,  so students call this month as a headache month or tension month and all that shows their despair towards this month. Parents put pressure to achieve good marks, Guardians want their children to score high , when students discover that their friends are about to complete revising their books it pains a lot ; and gradually the students are under pressure, which he/she copes with the pressure alone. And as a result what happens he/she fails to remember the easiest answers, why ? Because of the exam pressure.

It’s very important for a student to be tension free during the exams.

Here are two points to follow during exams:

1.Eat the right food  like Iron-containing foods which include red meat, cereals and spinach ; soy and fish are also good for boosting brain.

2.Take adequate rest , don’t study overtime, take enough sleep at night for at least six hours.

These two tips would help you stay cool and tension free during exams and when you are cool and tension free then your brain works smoothly and grabs the lessons easily and clearly.

Now let’s look at what Bible says about facing tensions.

God wants us to be free from worry. Jesus said, “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (matthew 11:28) . So when we pray to God to remove all the tensions and anxieties, God does that.

Next we find this in Philippians 4:6 we read  “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God”.

At the end of the day

Prayer brings answers

Prayer works wonders for us, when we ask God to remove and take away the tensions with thanksgiving , HE helps us and fills our heart with peace because He is the Prince of Peace. God’s peace is so different from this worldly peace. HIS peace is so unique and cannot be found anywhere in the world, it cannot be bought with money.

GOD’S UNIQUE PEACE COULD ONLY BE FOUND THROUGH PRAYER.
